Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Prism Lab works with both domestic and international fulfillment partners to provide product availability and efficient delivery.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States Orders: 5–15 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Some products may arrive separately depending on warehouse location and inventory availability.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout once the order has shipped.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Prism Lab is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Prism Lab is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or delivery issues beyond our control.
